In our everyday life tension is an inevitable part. There are lots of study and findings regarding tension. Here I will share with you my own experience that how I reduce my tension.
Talking and Sharing: Some people are worry about what they look like and how people see them. Other are worried for their coming exam, high workload within short time and so on. Now if you have a friend, talk with him and share your worries. Because by sharing your concerns with somebody you’ll surely feel lighter.
Planning and Organizing: Many students feel tension when their exam is very near and they have many things remain to read. In the same way, some people feel helpless if they get a handful works to do in a day. The solution is that you should make a schedule mentioning time. Make the schedule at night or early in the morning. Now focus on the first work on the schedule. When you have finished the first work, then do the next one. In this way by the end of the day you’ll find that your all works have been done.
Setting Attainable Goals: Some people set an unreachable goal for their life and can’t get that. As a result they become frustrated. Always set attainable short term goals and start at the basic and slowly. Surely you’ll reach your big goal.
Treat Yourself: In a week, you should take one day to treat yourself. You can watch a movie, meet up with old friends, drive a car, eat outside, visit a relative, shop for new clothes and more. This will reduce your tension near to zero.
