Third, a recent study in Japan which was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) reported that adult people in Japan who consumed additional green tea had a lower death risk from heart disease.
At last, green tea has a distinguished light taste that attracts a lot of drinkers throughout the world. In fact drinking green tea is a ritual for many places in the world.
