On 09 April
12, a merchant vessel was approached by one skiff approximately 400nm east of
Socotra Island, in position 12 14N 061 45E. This skiff was white in colour with
five armed persons on board. The merchant vessel is SAFE. The pirate attack
group is believed to still be in the area.
There is an
area of concern in vicinity of 14 54N 065 42E, due to some suspicious
